I think I have found a good anwser to the question "who am i". In other words, what is self? I don't believe there is soul that can exist without a body, and the self does not exist. The "I" is illustion that my brain is intelligent enough to be aware of. There are two parts to this intelligence
1. Arguably self-imposed sense of constantness of self, in other words I think I'm a being that have x, y, and z attributes that does not change, that makes up who am I.
2. Be able to do reflect, that is to be able to ask the question "who am I"
I beleive now, I is no more than a physical thing that is conditional, and the choices I made and are going to make is a show what "I". I'm always conditional, in other words, the choice I made is always based on something, whether It is intelligent enough to know or not.
The physical view of "I" leads me to understand that the importance of creating conditions. An intelligent "I" would know to cultivate conditions to cultivate "I", just like a plant that needs Sun, water, and time to grow into a beautiful tree.
I think I'm becoming more intelligent, here are some conditions that cultivate who am I:
1. My profession in software engineering cultivate thinking deeply, rigoriously
2. Medidation and think deeply on world event, and things happen around me
3. Reading books
4. Talking to friends & family
5. Exercise
